3. Personalised & Custom Orders By submitting a personalised order you confirm that you have the right to use any text, registration plates, or images provided. FullSend Automotive accepts no liability for personalised orders submitted with incorrect information. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order as we are unable to make amendments once production has begun.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
5. Payment Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order, or via an approved Buy Now Pay Later provider where available. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout including Klarna and Clearpay. All transactions are processed securely. Buy Now Pay Later options are subject to eligibility and their own terms and conditions set by the provider.
6. Shipping Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy. FullSend Automotive cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly made due to an error on our part.
8. Intellectual Property All content on fullsendautomotive.co.uk including logos, graphics, designs, and product images are the intellectual property of FullSend Automotive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability FullSend Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
