Returns & Refund Policy
At FullSend Automotive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. This right applies to standard items only.
Personalised Items: No Returns Personalised and custom made products, including personalised air fresheners and personalised reg plate keyrings- are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which exempt custom made and personalised goods from the standard cancellation right. The only exception is if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made due to an error on our part. In this case please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Conditions for Return - Standard Items To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the return being authorised by us
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from any odours, marks, or signs of wear
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Any item that shows signs of having been worn, washed, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the product will not be accepted for return. In this case the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
How to Request a Return Before sending any item back, you must contact us at contact@fullsendautomotive.co.uk to request authorisation. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Once authorised we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome within 5 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us at contact@fullsendautomotive.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
